Baseball Cupcakes!!

These were made just yesterday for a team called Blue Thunder. They are chocolate fudge cupcakes with vanilla frosting and strawberry frosting for the red stitching (which was extremely hard!).

15 Minute Chocolate Cake!!

My first guest appearance!!! This cake was "made" by a mystery-baker! I can not mention his name due to an overwhelming amount of cake orders I'm sure we would receive. This is the infamous "15 minute cake" You'll never guess what's in it!!! :D

Ok ok....It's 1 box of chocolate cake mix ..............and one 12oz can of diet coke! Mix it up, place in the microwave for 10-15 min, depending on level of watts, frost...then Voila!!! :D The mystery-baker decided to add chocolate chips which I think only made this cake even better!! :D

Donuts!!! :D

Yummy donuts!!! These were super fun to make. The first few ..of course were hard as rock. The key to great donuts....low heat on the oil. The first came out burnt on the outside and gooey yucky on the inside. So take your time!! :D I made homemade glaze and chocolate icing. I also rolled some donut holes in a cinnamon sugar mix. They came out awesome ..after the first few.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I baked these using the Nestle Toll House recipe, the best. :) Nice and crunchy outer cookie with a soft inside. Next time I'm adding double the dosage of chocolate chips!!! -For sure! :D

Fondant Molded Cupcakes / Cake Slice

These cute cupcake toppers are made of fondant. I got this idea from Thefrostedcakencookie blog. It's a wonderful website full of awesome ideas. It looks easy..but they're time consuming. It's a realllly fun project though and the results are so cute!!! :D

Chocolate Fudge Cake with Strawberry Frosting

This cake came out super delicious. It was a chocolate fudge cake with strawberry buttercream frosting. I use strawberries the most out of any fruit when I bake, I'm not sure if I'll ever get tired of them. ;)

Gordy requested "extra" strawberries on his slice.

Lemon Cake with Buttercream Frosting :D

This is Lemon Cake ...with a sweet cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting. I used a new recipe on the buttercream frosting that I found on the Wilton website. :D it was awesome...very smooth - especially since it had a heaping serving of shortening hahaha just what everyone needs!

It actually came out pretty good...especially the buttercream frosting. :D

As seen on...Luxirare - Mini-cherrypie pops!!!

Ok, I do admit first off that I didn't make the filling from scratch :D evidence below. However, the pie crust part I did and I think it came out really tasty. Another thing, next time I make these I will definitely use my "new technique" for filling these. Which is to make the dough like a pocket and stuff them, instead of doing what the recipe calls for - lay them flat and place filling in the middle, then place the other side on top and press down. That was just a big mess. The new technique will also help to fill it with more goods. This time I made them with strawberry and cherry filling. Both were great. :)

I could've totally put more pie filling!!! :D
