It took some time, but I think this cake came out awesome! :)

Western Baby Shower Cake

This cake is for my niece Kimberly. We are expecting baby Dexter in October!!! Can't wait to meet him! :) I think we all had so much fun making this cake. It isn't finished just yet, I am still trying to work on the finishing touches with Josh helping me out too! LOL! I have everyone helping out except my neighbor! :P

Maggie, Kim, Crystal, and Kayla were all such a huge part in creating this materpiece. From making the fondant, baking the cakes, coloring and making (c&m) the spots, c&m the stars, c&m the buckles, c&m the belts, c&m the rope, and c&m the frosting...the list goes on and on LOL!

Our first day working on it turned into a very productive one, so there really isn't much to do!

I can't wait to see it! :)

These little guys are going to be put on the cake, don't know how or where, but they're too cute to pass up! Josh did an awesome job on the cow ;) And yes, that is supposed to be a rooster.

Sugar free pumpkin pie!

I went on a baking frenzy the other day. I told myself I wanted pumpkin pie and I made it :)

I love baking anything with cinnamon......the smell it gives the house is so inviting. :)

This recipe is awesome, you can barely even tell they are sugar free.

I also saw this online.....then you can fill it in with anything.

I had to try them already! :) I hadn't in so long. This time I had my good friend Patti helping me. There's nothing like drinking strawberry daiquiri's and baking!! :) Love it!

I used a french vanilla cake mix with vanilla frosting.

Patti did an awesome job doing the butterflies and I did the chubby cupcakes :)

This candy coating is so tastey!

The bottoms were peanut butter candy coating!
