This is where I got the idea from, but I did change it up a little. I used the same shortbread recipe, but changed the chocolate and raspberry to reduced sugar Smucker's strawberry jam! Mmm! I wish I could make this stuff homemade!!! Someday. :)

These tarts were so delicious I didn't want to share with my father-in-law, but I eventually gave in. I'm so lucky to have a wife who makes such delicious goodies for my boy and I!
